Next Generation Organic Dairy LLC. Procures certified organic
milk from 70 family farmers in Wisconsin, United States. Our
farmers are of relatively small size and this includes about 15
Amish and Menonite farmers. Our farmers pay close attention to
properly mineralized and balanced soils, plants, and animals to
help us produce organic dairy products of superior quality. We
presently have available and will contract make Organic Raw Milk
Colby, Cheddar, Parsley Cheddar, Garlic Parsley Cheddar, Cilantro
Roasted Garlic Cheddar, and Carribean Cheddar which is a pepperjack
flavored type of Cheddar. These cheeses could be made in 40 pound
blocks. In addition we would have capabilities of having certified
organic bulk butter made in 68 pound blocks and also organic nonfat
or whole milk powder. We presently have about 600, 000 pounds of
certified organic milk a week to be made into the products you
desire.
We have now taken our great organic raw milk cheese and made it
even better adding BC30 Bacillus coagulin probiotics by Ganeden
Biotec. These probiotics have the ability to survive the gastric
juices of digestion and colonize in both the small and large
intestines for maximum benifits in the areas of aiding digestion
and supporting a healthy immune system.
